Anna Hall Counselling Services APAQAM
Location: Cambridgeshire
Hi, my name is Anna, I am a therapist and coach. I work with people who want a better understanding of their experience with ADHD and / or autism. I have many years of experience working with clients in a therapy setting as well as a lifetimes experience of living with combined ADHD myself. I was diagnosed later in life and so spent years trying to navigate the world, finding it challenging and not understanding why.
I also have a son who has a combined ADHD and ASC diagnosis. These experiences enable me to understand the wonder and beauty of living within a neurodiverse world as well as the challenges and despair it can bring as well. Wherever you are on your journey of discovery, together we can work to create your own unique therapy and coaching sessions.
In this space I will help you to explore your feelings, any limiting beliefs you have been carrying as well as identifying your strengths and reaching your true potential. Discovering you have ADHD/ASC can be a very emotionally overwhelming experience. For some people it can be a huge relief as it explains so many of those unanswered questions. Re-contextualising your life with this new understanding can also feel like a process of grieving for a life you feel you may have missed out on.
Relationships that you have found challenging, struggling with being a partner or a parent. Missed studying or career opportunities. Maybe you have been struggling with addiction in one way or another throughout your life or disordered eating. Wherever you are, and whatever your story is, finding a safe, compassionate therapeutic space to retell and understand your story through the lens of ADHD/ASC is important. Together we will create a space for you to explore all the parts of you that you have learnt to mask, hide or minimise to fit into a world that is generally not shaped for our brains to thrive in. We will work though your past feelings and beliefs as well as any questions and concerns you may have about what this means for your future. Ways of working: As each of us is unique, I believe your appointments should be too. Together we will create your own unique path to enable you to become your best version of you in all areas of your life.
I can offer you weekly or fortnightly appointments, where we can incorporate some or all of the following depending on the areas you would like support in: * Counselling - We can work together to explore any difficult feelings past and or present, past trauma, low self- esteem, depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship difficulties, disordered eating.
* Coaching - Helping you to identify your goals and the obstacles that prevent you from achieving them. Creating new habits that help you to reach your true potential. Helping implement scaffolding to support the new habits. * Psycho-education - Helping you to learn how ADHD / ASC shows up in your life and the science behind it. Knowledge is so important, when we understand the how and the why behind our behaviour, it empowers us to implement lasting change.
* Nutrition & movement - Many people I work with struggle with disordered eating. Eating too much, too little, or binging eating, a lifetime of yo-yo dieting. You will learn how to use food as fuel to get the best from your body and mind without restricting any food groups. Movement is a key part of regulating the body and mind.
Together we can find ways for you to move your body that don’t feel like a chore, learning how to enjoy movement and love your body so you make lasting changes and feel stronger and healthier. Some of the issues I can support could include:
• Understanding your diagnosis
• Anxiety and depression
• Understanding your trauma
• Pathological demand avoidance (PDA)
• Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD)
• Hormonal issues, PMT, PMDD, PND and Menopause
• Disordered eating / eating disorders
• Relationship issues with your partner, parents, family, friends, work colleagues
• Parenting, how to feel confident in your parenting, how to positively parent your child/ren and become their coach. How to speak to your child/ren about
• ADHD/ASC. Learn how to help advocate for them in the school and medical system
•Sexual issues, understanding how your brain chemistry effects your desire, interest, function and preferences. Addiction, alcohol, drug, gambling, food, sex, pornography,

Rosalyn Graham APA QAM
Location: Online, Central London, Northwest London, Middlesex & Herts
Biography: Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, CPCAB
Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology, ITEC
After a long career in the commercial world, a challenging set of circumstances, led me to encounter a year in talking therapy. This consequently changed my perspective of the world and led me on a five-year journey, of self-discovery and learning.
I am trained to be integrative in the way that I work but I feel most at home, when my work is person centred. In essence, this means that you lead the way and I walk alongside you and explore your inner world. I would consider my overview as holistic. Although not an art therapist I might use where appropriate, art, film, humour, and metaphors in our work if this suits you.
I have a specific interest in helping clients who live with, anxiety and/or depression and operate workshops on this subject alongside local charities with which I am involved.
I offer a free initial zoom or phone chat so you can see if you feel I might be a good fit for your journey.
*Areas of specific interest; bereavement, issues surrounding refugees, male mental health, abuse, anxiety & depression, community workshops, ex-convict talking therapy to assist with rehabilitation and integration.

Location: Poole, Dorset, but online internationally
Since qualifying, I have built my private practice and continued studying, so I have nearly finished a Psychology MSc. Since my ADHD and Autism diagnoses at the age of 35, I have done a lot of learning and growing and have since specialised in working with ADHD and Autistic clients. I am fully insured and hold an Enhanced Child and Adult Workforce DBS certificate. I provide creative therapy and counselling for children, young people, and adults. I am a humanistic integrative counselling therapist, which means I can use different techniques to work with each client. I believe people are individual and one size does not fit all, so one style or technique will not necessarily work for every person. Creative therapy works well in person and online. Counselling works well in all situations - over the phone, online or face to face. I provide therapy face to face in Dorset but Nationwide on the telephone or online.
I come from a background of health and social care. Combined with my life experiences, I have always wanted to help people and decided that pursuing a career as a therapist was the right route for me. As a neurodivergent therapist, I specialise in working with neurodivergence - specifically Autism and ADHD however, I also have experience, either through work or my personal life, in working with:
• Special educational needs
• Challenging Behaviour
• Trauma and abuse
• Mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression
• Parenting support
• Addiction
• Loss
• Relationship difficulties
• Fertility and pregnancy
• Physical health difficulties as well as others
Paula Smith APAQAM
DIAGNOSED COMBINED ADHD, PROBABLE ASD
DAUGHTER INATTENTIVE ADHD
SON COMBINED ADHD & DYSLEXIA
ADULT & TEEN ADHD/ASD COUNSELLOR
PARENTING SUPPORT
TRIBUNALS SUPPORT
EX SENCO
REFLEX YOGA TEACHER
Paula had, up until 2020 lived her whole life with undiagnosed ADHD and an
Anxiety disorder. She had been constantly misdiagnosed throughout her life with
depression. It was only when her son was going through his ADHD assessments
that she realised she had ADHD too.
Paula has worked as a Teacher in education for more than 20 years, in mainstream
and specialist settings. She has extensive experience of working with young people
with ADHD and ASD, students with moderate learning difficulties, as well as
profound and multiple learning difficulties and severe learning difficulties.
Her last two roles were as a Deputy Head Teacher in a moderate learning
difficulties secondary special school and a moderate learning difficulties ages 4-18
years ASD special school. Paula is an experienced SENCO and has attended
tribunals for school placements and Section F appeals.
It was whilst speaking to a parent whose son had been excluded, hearing the
horrendous journey and toll it had taken on her health, that Paula realised she
wanted to help parents directly. So she changed roles to support adults with
neurodiversity, parents and young people therapeutically and individually.
Something that within the education system there was no time for.
Paula has been practicing yoga for 25 years, which has always helped to ground
her and soothe her nervous system. Paula has taught Yogaforautism within schools
and qualified as a Reflex Yoga Teacher in December 2022. Reflex Yoga is a
therapeutic yoga practice and is particularly beneficial for young people and adults
with neurodiversity.
Paula would have loved it if there had been someone she could have talked to
when her son was an undiagnosed adolescent, school refusing and self medicating.
Making her now keen to help other parents going through this.
She also would have been happier if her daughter’s inattentive ADHD had been
picked up at school so she wouldn’t have had to spend her whole time at school
masking.
She is sad and angry that nobody noticed what was going on for her when she was
at school. If they had it may have prevented her masking symptoms, always feeling
different, suffering frequent burnout and being misdiagnosed for decades.
Paula is fervent now in making a difference to clients living with ADHD and ASD,
both young people and adults.
She has hugely benefited personally from having an ADHD Coach and Counsellor.
The difference to her previous counselling is that the ADHD counsellor could
empathise with how her brain worked which has allowed her to be truly authentic for
the first time in her life.
Her heartfelt desire is to share her knowledge and experience of how to help all
ADHD clients in their life going forward. To help them identify and work with the
huge potential they have.
Paula firmly believes that although our brains are wired differently, which can be
challenging, through learning about ourselves and becoming more self aware our
brains are indeed a gift.

Working as a Jungian Psychotherapist, Integrative Counsellor, Supervisor, Intuitive Coach, Healer and Reiki Master, and a Medium means I work holistically. Every aspect of you is included in therapy - mental, physical, emotional, and at the soul level. I believe we do contain everything we need to know - whether we carry that consciously or unconsciously. When we get in touch with both conscious and unconscious motives and drivers, and how they manifest as behaviours, we can make choices and be more of our true selves.
I specialise in working with people who have experienced childhood trauma and/or have had trauma in their family history (trauma can be inherited). This is generally called Complex Post Traumatic Stress. It can manifest in many ways (see the trauma section on my website www.lindabishopp.co.uk) causing distressing symptoms that can affect our whole life. Your trauma can be caused by many types of events, including something that traumatises you but just doesn’t seem to affect others. Trauma is about what has traumatised you, not always about the big, obvious stuff. You can also be traumatised and not remember what happened to you, especially if something happened when you were very young. Sometimes memory can be retrieved in therapy, sometimes not. That doesn’t mean you can’t live without its effects.
I use psychotherapy and trauma training to work with this, together with healing and mediumship, which can speed up the healing process. However, healing and mediumships does not have to be a part of your healing if you do not want to experience this. We will discuss this at the start of therapy, and you choose the modalities we use together. I will walk you through the process of your healing journey by your side, on your terms, and at your speed.
I have run my private practice for over 11 years. I have an MA in Psychotherapy & Healing and an Integrative Diploma in Counselling and have worked with trauma & post-traumatic stress, bereavement & dying, suicidal feelings, people who have been sexually & violently abused, including rape, anxiety, depression, domestic abuse, anger management problems & relationship problems & more.
I have been a healer for nearly 40 years and have worked with people with physical illness and mental pain, and those seeking meaning in life and asking spiritual questions. I am National Federation of Spiritual Healers trained and a member of The Healing Foundation.
Jungian Oriented Supervision for Psychotherapists, Counsellors, and Coaches
I am an integrative counsellor, a Jungian psychotherapist, and an Intuitive Coach. I am also a healer and Reiki Master. I bring these skills to my own client work, and to how I would work with you as your supervisor. I have also worked with developmental and ancestral trauma for many years and would bring a trauma informed and trauma responsive approach to my work with you.
I love working with multi-skilled therapists and coaches, including body workers and energy medicine workers – especially with a commitment to include transpersonal/spiritual aspects to their work. There is a deep soul awareness built into my approach and care is taken to build a safe, respectful relationship with you. I assume an individuation process for your clients and you. In other words, your and your client’s personal development and growth are central.
‘The aim is not to overcome one’s personal psychology, to become perfect, but to become familiar with it. Thus, individuation involves an increasing awareness of one’s unique psychological reality, including personal strength and limitations, and at the same time a deeper appreciation of humanity in general.’ (Sharp in Mathers 2009, p68)
Using depth psychology, we might involve ourselves in any of the following:
• Elaborating on possible techniques and ways of being with your client,
• Transference and countertransference between us, and you and your client,
• Proposing direction and focus to working with your clients,
• Suggesting therapeutic formulation to better understand your client,
• Exploring repeated patterns of behaviour, thought and fantasy.
These creative processes call into question your client’s unconscious assumptions and fantasies, and your own.
For me, it is important that you gradually become more and more confident and autonomous in your therapeutic work, and we become a team working for your clients.
I am happy working face-to-face from my home in Ashford, Kent, or on Zoom.

I'm an ex-teacher and nursery nurse. I enjoy meeting and working with new people and uncovering the layers of a person's story. I'm good at building rapport and trust with people as the foundation for our therapeutic work together. I believe my teaching work gave me good grounding for this. I love to meet new people and to get to know them and to discover their life history, thoughts and feelings that have shaped them so far. I'm not a quiet counsellor due to my own neuro-diversity so I won't be a good-fit for everyone but I am non-judgemental and accepting of the fact that we are all different and we have all trodden our own unique path in life so far.
Philip Rowe APAQAM
Location: Paignton, Devon
I started my training as a counsellor in 1998. I am a registered, qualified and insured counsellor, psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. My 15 plus years of experience have led me to be a full accredited professional member Of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists accreditation. However I have now resigned from this professional body and I have now joined and been approved as an APA qualified accredited member.
I have worked as a psychotherapist and supervisor in a variety of clinical settings, in both the public and private sectors on a one to one and group basis. You can feel rest assured my proven track experience I will treat you with the utmost respect and confidentiality that will underpin our work together.
When in my teens I experienced an ongoing spiritual emergency that lasted many years. This was fundamentally brought on from addiction to drugs which lead me into some very dark places whereby I experienced the world from an alternative ordinary reality. The western medical world diagnosed me with schizophrenia and I ended up in a specialised addiction rehab at the age of 23.
Though rehab positively changed my life, my spiritual experiences which got me labelled as schizophrenic was ignored. All medications I was on stopped in rehab which suggested to me I was not the label that the western medical diagnosed me with as functioned very well. At the age of 25 I started training and working as a psychotherapist with great interest in addiction, mental health and spiritualism. I enquired further into spiritual studies and found shamanism, or it found me.
It was once said to me by several psychiatrists and medical Dr's that I had the privilege to train under along the way "people are like radio transmitters that pick up on different frequencies, you Phil picked up on a frequency that not many people do".
After about 15 years in my career in psychotherapy and supervision I started training as a shamanic practitioner, deepening my interest, knowledge and work in the spirit world. Again about 15 years on from this journey I've started to weave both shamanic and therapeutic work together; though many of these components but not all remain separate from each other.
My approach:
Counselling and psychotherapy represent personal investments that can enable you to optimise the quality of your life and help you achieve your desired outcome. I am an integrative psychotherapist and therapeutic supervisor whereby my practice weaves together a liking to the transpersonal approach. I will positively use this style to help you to achieve your desired outcome.
Being an integrative and eclectic psychotherapist who draws upon mainstream models, allows me to develop a bespoke and tailored approach to best meet your needs. I adopt this way of working as I believe "one shoe does not fit all" and with influences of the transpersonal model "psychology of the soul" and my great interest in spiritualism I will invite you (if you choose) to explore deeper spiritual aspects of yourself.
I am a firm believer that you hold the answer to turn your problems, hidden aspects of yourself, your shadows, repressed emotions, your wounds and crises whereby I can help you turn them into your greatest assets "pain is our greatest teacher" which you can master.
Sarah J Templeton APAQAM
Recognised Specialist in Neurodiversity and Education & Community Support
Hi, I'm Sarah and two months before my 52nd birthday I was diagnosed with moderate to severe Combined ADHD.
To say this was a shock was an understatement. Nobody had ever mentioned it as a possibility once in my entire life. Till a counsellor did.
Coincidentally, that same year, 2015, I qualified as a counsellor so I very tentatively advertised myself as somebody who understood Adult ADHD and within six years, I was running the biggest company of ADHD diagnosed therapists in the UK! At the beginning of 2022 we number 50 and are now a team of Counsellors, Coaches, Hypnotherapists, Fitness, Gym & Yoga Instructors, Addiction Therapists and more; if it helps ADHD clients - we provide it.
Throwing myself into the world of ADHD I discovered that 50% of ADHD people have at least two comorbidities. I was subsequently diagnosed with three - Sensory Processing Disorder, Dyscalculia and Severe Dyspraxia - with 1% motor skills and 1% processing ability! This explains why I could never follow a James Bond film and rarely follow plots in TV shows or films.
I am now passionate about ADHD clients being able to access ADHD diagnosed therapists and we work internationally.
To help parents I have also written a book on parenting ADHD children called 'How NOT to Murder Your ADHD Kid - Instead Learn to be Your Child's Own ADHD Coach'. I use my own memories of life as a child and a teenager with as yet undiscovered ADHD to help parents understand how their kids think and feel - and to steer them away from the criminal justice system which sadly is packed with ADHD adolescents.
As an ex prison counsellor, I am determined to push through the testing of all offenders for ADHD and I'm on the APPG for ADHD at the Houses of Parliament.

I am a Person-Centred trained psychotherapist with a humanistic approach to therapy, Bereavement and Trauma Therapist, I use different theories and concepts from different therapeutic models. As we are all unique, I adapt my approach to best suit clients and support them in their journey.
I provide a caring and professional service. People come to counselling for varied reasons. Often, people have encountered distressing or stressful experiences or situations which they would like to talk about in a safe and confidential setting. These might include present circumstances of bereavement, separation, or other major life transitions, or experiences from the past, such as in childhood, or to cope with feelings of depression or anxiety. Counselling can help to explore issues in your life and bring about more clarity in a supportive and non-judgemental safe space.
At YES Counselling, I work with clients to empower them on their journey with emphasis on validating their difficulties. I also help clients to find a new way of living their life, coping with the change(s) they face in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental clinical space, where together, we can explore the issues that have led them to this point in their life, through building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship with them.
I understand that taking the first step, when you feel that you may need some extra help can be very frightening so to contact the counsellor when in distress shows great courage. I have experience with working with a wide range of people, who are both women and male adults (18yrs and over) who are experiencing difficulties in their lives and are faced with the prospect of change.
I also present workshops or talks for groups on various aspects of mental health and emotional wellbeing in the community.

Counselling is a talking therapy, giving you the time and space you need to work through your stuff. You may feel a massive sense of relief when you start the counselling process.
One to one sessions will enable you to look inside and explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Therapy may help you to look at things in a different way by understanding what is going on for you.
Counselling may not take your problems away but it can help you to cope with them better and feel happier.
MY FOCUS
My focus is to help individuals to understand themselves, to be comfortable with who they are, and become aware of their inner strengths. We can achieve this together in a safe, confidential space.
MY PROMISE TO YOU
I promise to be there for you every step of the way of your journey. My goal is to help you understand and grow from your struggles, start to heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

Dr Hans Vischjager APAQAM
Location: UK
Born during the Second World War in the Netherlands, belonged to the Second Generation Holocaust Survivors. At the age of 14 he immigrated with his family to America. After spending two years in the American Army, he went back England, where after becoming a Registered Mental Nurse he continued studying. He first succeeded in obtaining a Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, which was followed by Diplomas in Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Advanced Psychotherapy, Character Analysis, Dream Analysis and Numerology. Eventually, he also obtained his ultimate goal in receiving his PhD. in Psychotherapy.
Dr Hans Vischjager utilizes a unique philosophy regarding Psychotherapy:
Psychotherapy is defined as a way of relating and responding to another person, so that the person is helped to explore his/her thoughts, feelings and behaviour to reach self-understanding, and then is helped to find and use his/her strengths so that he/she copes more effectively with life by making appropriate decisions, or by taking relevant action.
As a Psychotherapist Dr Hans Vischjager deals with problems in a Holistic way, according to each patient’s needs, thus providing a dual effect, proven to be successful. HYPNOTHERAPY, is an effective and speedy technique of Psychotherapy utilizing the natural phenomena of hypnosis to gain immediate access to the roots of the presenting problem, situated deep in the patient’s subconscious.
Smoking, Slimming, addictions, performance, Stress, Anxiety, Worry, and Phobias can be tackled through this manner.
HYPNOANALYSIS helps the therapist guide the assimilation of the true lessons and points out the incorrect reactions. Understanding the past-misplaced reaction brings about a change in the patient’s present reactions. This also includes past life regression for therapeutic purposes.
Phobias, Anxiety, Lack of Confidence, Memory Problems, Depression are some of the areas that can be addressed through this.
He has written four books,
• Psychotherapy Today
• It’s All In The Mind
• Numerology Explained
• Sayings of Wisdom, which are available in book shops Island Wide.

My approach is non judge-mental, safe, and loving. I believe that with the right support individuals will discover their own unique solutions to any difficulties they may be experiencing. I work with clients to enable them to see their own innate wisdom, creativity, genius, and power beyond measure.
I mentor company leaders in various aspects of conscious leadership. I believe that when conscious leadership is present in companies, it is possible to harness and promote the unique strengths of individuals, which in turn makes the company more effective and efficient. At the core of human behaviour is relationship within and between individuals. Strong relationships within organisations are fundamental to diverse, inclusive, and successful companies. Psychological safety is key to creating this type of organisation, and psychological safety starts in relationship.
I also present workshops for organisations on various aspects of employee mental health and emotional wellbeing.
I am the Parenting expert, on the expert panel of www.anewmum.com. I advocate for parents because they are raising the next generation of leaders and changemakers.
I am continuing my education and studying towards an MSc Child and Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Skills currently. I hold a first-class honours HDip in Parent/Relationship Mentoring (Level 8) from University College Cork, a Degree in Human Resource Development from National College Ireland, and a Diploma in Marketing. My professional accreditation is through Irish Association of Relationship Mentors (IARM).

AdvDip CPCAB level 5
Hello, I’m a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist level 5, adult trained. I have worked in a children’s Hospice setting for over 15 years supporting and providing counselling for families who’s child is going through the journey of Hospice care.
I also work for a baby loss charity working at Princess Alexandra hospital providing much needed after care support for parents who have gone through the devastating loss of a pregnancy, still birth or neonatal death.
The feelings of loss and grief are natural and inevitable when someone you love has died. But along this journey it can feel confusing, lonely, you can become stuck unable to find a way to begin to build a different life without your loved one. Counselling can help you unscramble some of those emotions, thoughts, allowing you the space to process what has happened. To work towards an understanding that life may not feel the same but different can be ok.
I work face to face and by zoom

Rosalyn Young APAQAM

Having fallen into general and psychiatric nursing in the mid 80s, I became more and more aware that the restrictions within such national services as the NHS and the armed forces so often meant that medical emergencies were attended, but the more detailed and necessary psychological healing afterwards wasn't supported. So, after many years in acute care, rehabilitation, and military service, I decided to extend and deepen my !earnings and experience so that I might be able to offer the fuller support that people were looking for outside of the emergency situations. I can now bring these skills and understandings to private practice work with individuals, where healing and mental health work can be for as long or as short a time as is needed. I hold no arbitrary time limits, and you don't have to try hard to 'get fixed' in 6 sessions or face joining the back of the waiting list again.

It is common for young adults to experience anxiety. In my experience, the vast majority of the anxiety suffered at this time of your life is a symptom of low self-esteem. Counselling can be a great way of controlling anxiety and improving your self-esteem which means that you may never experience problematic anxiety again. I specialise in supporting clients who have experienced traumatic or neglectful childhood relationships, resulting in relational or developmental trauma. I describe my working approach as a core of Person-Centred to build a therapeutic relationship and then I integrate elements of CBT, TA, Psychodynamic and Compassionate Therapy.

My methodology is Adlerian, which is based on Social Interest, encouragement, equality. We look at early life which is where our current thoughts and actions around self and others were formed. We explore whether things might be done differently now that we are adults, what can be changed if necessary, and also finding the courage to do things differently. Adlerian therapy is person-centred, humanistic, psychodynamic, and can be brief or long term, depending on what the client needs and wants.

Sometimes, however, the path that we are on becomes bumpy and rough, and we find ourselves facing challenges, loss, feelings of uncertainty or a sense of being stuck. Dr. Marion Mensing APAQAM
Location: West Cork, Ireland
In 1990, I earned a Doctorate of Science in Mathematics from the University of Muenster in Germany with Statistics as main area. Subsequently, I worked for more than two decades in different roles in the financial services industry in Germany, Luxembourg and Ireland.
Recovering from a severe life crisis, I changed my direction in 2016. I began to study Counselling and Psychotherapy at PCI College in Cork, while working part-time in a residential addiction treatment centre for women. I qualified with an I.A.C.P. accredited Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy in May 2020 and as a Certified Online Therapist in June 2020.
That was the starting shot for my private online practice, focussing on adult clients in UK and Ireland. Prompted through both, my own traumatic life experience and the work in the addiction treatment centre, I developed a keen interest in trauma therapy and worked hard to learn as much as I could. From all approaches I have encountered so far in trauma therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS-Therapy) has convinced me most and resonates fully with my own healing experience. From my point of view, IFS-Therapy is turning out to be the most potent and respectful approach for healing trauma. I trained with the IFS Institute and am glad to be able to offer this kind of trauma therapy now for my clients. IFS Therapy appears equally powerful for issues around anxiety and addiction.
Sex and Porn Addiction Therapy has become an additional specialisation in my work. I am in the final stage of being rewarded a Diploma in Sex Addiction Counselling. I also have a special interest in the Neuroscience of what makes therapy effective in general—and particularly in working with addiction. My therapeutic philosophy is deeply rooted in the work of Carl Gustav Jung.
I live in the beautiful countryside of West Cork in Ireland, close to the Atlantic Ocean. I am a mother of two adult sons and also a writer. My current book project is about spirituality as the key to human growth.
Specialisations:
• IFS Therapy
• Sex Addiction Counselling
• Therapy also in German — for German native speakers living in Ireland and UK
